The Arch of Triumph is the first luxury residential project developed by Hong Kong’s Henderson Land Development in Changsha. The first phase was inspired by the Central P ark to create a theme-style central landscape garden of nearly 80 ,000 square metres, with more than 500 metres of water views; including more than 100 meters of ultra-wide buildings ’ spacing, 53% high greening rate and innovative mini clubhouses equipped with theatres, etc. In addition, the low-density development ha s greatly raised the quality of the project and the comfort of the living environment for residents.
