Over 40 years, Chun Fung has undertaken a number of large-scale engineering projects. In recent years, there has also been a large-scale residential project, Double Cove, located in Wu Kai Sha. This project is divided into five phases of development; including 21 residential buildings providing one to four-bedroom units. The design of the building is unique, with the exterior wall and interior decoration processes more complicated than usual. Chun Fung undertook many of these projects, including a total area of more than 118,000 square meters of external aluminum cladding and glass railings, 21 lift lobbies with exquisite interior decoration, kitchen and bathroom decoration in flats and two spacious clubhouses with swimming pool. As well the eye-catching lighting at the entrance of the front driveway. All projects had to be completed within a very tight timeframe, in addition to the large amount of materials and manpower required. It was also necessary to effectively manage the large construction team for this prestige project.
In addition to Double Cove, Chun Fung has also participated in many famous projects such as Grand Promenade, Grand Waterfront Plaza, The Gloucester, The Reach, The Hemispheres, Parker33, Wellesley, Emperor Cinemas, HKSM Medical Group, Nathan Hill, Novum West and Alto Residences.We provided exquisite decoration works for these clubhouses and elevator lobbies, etc. Over the years, Chun Fung has established close relationships with construction companies and contractors, and therefore understands their requirements. Sometimes we will discuss the design concepts with architects and visit suppliers’ production factories. This not only improves work effciency, but allows Chun Fung to accurately meet the architect’s requirement.
