L’Avenue is located in the Shanghai Hongqiao Development Zone and was opened in June 2013. The façade design is a unique, streamlined shape that runs from the top of the building in a curved form, allowing light to flood the podium. Just lik e an elegant lady in a white dress, exuding jewels and a luxurious style; the interior style combines the extended Zen from the Ea st with French artistry. The façade fully conveys the high-end brand image of L’Avenue. The main building design was awarded LEED Gold Certification issued by the USGBC, who recognised the high standard of sustainable environmental protection for the building.
